“Whether its motion or stills, I just love creating beautiful images”
"I was born in San Francisco and raised in Sonoma Valley, so I am very close to the wine industry here. Now I am working with many of the largest local wine brands on both stills and motion projects. I work on a incredible range of projects all over California and the US. In any month, I can be working for magazines like Forbes, Sunset, Wine Spectator or Surfers Journal, to shooting people on the local beach. So the kind of work I love to do can be really varied."

"Whether its motion or stills, I just love creating beautiful images."

Chris Leschinsky Photography is based out of San Luis Obispo in Central California. Specializing in lifestyle and location based photography, Chris has recently moved across to working as DP on commercial motion projects. Chris Leschinsky is also known for his freelance work for magazines such as Forbes Magazine, Sunset Magazine, Wine Spectator, Outside Magazine, Surfers Journal and many others.

"'It's been my life doing pictures...it's never been a job' said a very famous relative of mine, the late Jim Marshall. Most people know Jim for his iconic rock images of Bob Dylan, Jimmy Hendrix, The Beetles and his shots from Woodstock. I guess, I have the exact same passion for the art form, having been influenced heavily by Jim."

"I first started taking photos while on a trip to Hawaii and I have been doing it ever since. That brought me to Cal Poly SLO State College where I graduated with a B.S. in Art + Design. From there it was back to San Francisco to assist commercial photographers and really learn the biz."

"Today I have a studio in San Luis Obispo and I am happy to travel wherever, to shoot beautiful shots. I am finding that blending my stills work with motion for my clients, means that everything they do has been captured using the same eye - which gives their projects a real sense of visual continuity."
